Kids Disco (Ages 0–5) – Terms & Conditions

By attending this event, you agree to the following:​

1. Supervision
All children must be actively supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times. This is strictly a non drop-off event.

 

2. Age Suitability
This event is designed for children aged 0–5 years. Older siblings may attend but must play safely and be considerate of younger children.

3. Health & Safety

• Do not attend if you or your child are unwell.

• Children must wear appropriate footwear.

• No rough play, pushing, or unsafe behaviour.

• Follow all venue rules and staff instructions at all times.

 

4. Behaviour & Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

 

5. Venue Responsibility
While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment, Taupō Community Playgroup and event organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

 

6. Personal Property
All personal belongings are brought at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please advise staff on arrival if you do not consent to this.

 

8. Food & Allergies
Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their child’s dietary requirements and allergies. Please ensure any food brought into the venue is safe for your child.

 

9. Entry & Capacity
Entry may be limited in line with venue capacity and safety regulations. Pre-booking is recommended where applicable.

• This event includes flashing and strobe lighting effects. Attendance is not recommended for children or adults with epilepsy or light sensitivity.

• Music may be loud at times and may not be suitable for all children.

• By attending, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with lighting effects, sound levels, and physical activity.

• Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for supervising their children and ensuring their safety at all times.

• Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
